This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No.376 of 2019 (G.R.No.2310 of 2019) for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR, some miscreants fired on the informant in order to stop his motorcycle. There is further allegation of snatching of SIM and Rs.7500/- and the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It appears that later on he was arrested on the confessional statement. It further appears that the petitioner is accused in four other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far this case is concerned except the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85932 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 confessional statement of the co-accused, there is nothing against him. He is in custody for 4 1⁄2 months. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed theprayer for bail ..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner .

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
