The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2012, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken Rs 25,000/- on the pretext of providing job to the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the informant has not produced any document in support of allegation, moreover, the matter has already been compromised between the parties.
Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

No.40333 of 2018 (2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, he will be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
