====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 20.4.2018, seeks bail in Patepur PS Case No. 61 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the IPC.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a labourer, he was engaged by the informant for unloading the onion from the truck, due to payment dispute he has been falsely implicated in this case, no one has seen the occurrence and there was no any mark of possible entry into the shop rather it is alleged that back door of the shop was open and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranjeet Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM X Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur PS Case No. 61 of 2018.
