Petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S.Case No.200 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 414 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that daughter of the informant has eloped with Dipak Sahni and she had been kept in confinement by Dipak Sahni and Kajal.

It has been submitted that the girl has been recovered and she has made statement that Dipak Sahni had kidnapped her and Kajal snatched cash from her possession. However, there is no allegation of any sexual assault on the victim. She is in custody since 16.11.2017 having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
