26-09-2018 Heard Sri Bhaskar Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 26-06-2018 passed in Cr. Misc No. 30925 of 2018 regarding correction of the address of the petitioner in the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that such error has occurred in the main petition itself. By order dated 26-06-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30925 of 2018, it was observed that in case of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of order, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail. Meaning thereby that if first prayer is allowed, then in that eventuality, the period of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47664 of 2018(2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 surrender will also have to be extended. Normally, I am not entertaining such petition.

The modification petition stands dismissed.
