The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.98 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that specific allegation of assault in the first information report has been made upon the injured members of the prosecution party against the accused Dharmvee Singh, Sonu Singh and Dharmendra Singh and there is case and counter case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
