JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 After some arguments it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner, that during pendency of the writ application petitioner has been dismissed from service against which the petitioner has preferred an appeal before Principle Secretary, Water Resource Department and as such he prayed that a direction may be issued for disposing of the appeal pending before the appellate authority.

If such appeal is pending before the appellate authority, in that case, the same may be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of copy of this order.
