This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 18.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68224 of 2019, whereunder petitioners allowed the privilege of pre-arrest bail. Submission is that inadvertently, at the time of filing Cr. Misc. No. 68224 of 2019, the name of father of petitioner no. 1, Pramod Kumar, was mentioned as "Balwan Rai" in place of "Bhagwan Rai", due to that reason the same mistake occurred in the cause title of the order, dated 18.11.2019, passed

Let the name of the father of the petitioner no. 1 be read as "Bhagwan Rai" in place of "Balwan Rai" in cause title of order, dated 18.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68224 of 2019.
