The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Brahampur P. S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR that he opened fire causing injury to the father of the informant as a result of which he died, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
