The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.09.2019. He further submits that similarly circumstanced other accused persons have been granted bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on

P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be an elected Member of the Local Body.
