Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No.97 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that some unknown miscreants robbed the motorcycle of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the so called confessional statement made before the police by the petitioner, there is no other material, neither the motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP and investigation has been completed in this case. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Abhimanyu Kumar Mahto @ Mannua
