Patna High Court CWJC No.25280 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for Civil Court and High Court, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur to fix the salary of the petitioners and pay arrears of salary from due dates within six months from the date of receipt of this order since the petitioners have already been granted ACP/MACP after completion of 10, 20 and 30 years of their service.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
