JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 413 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41 (1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The police has recovered 75.705 literes of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioners, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 20.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with
