Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "For a direction upon the respondents to convert his appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher from a fixed pay to regular pay scale in terms of the recommendation of the District Appointment Committee dated 26-06-2006 wherein this petitioner was recommended for his appointment on a Class III post in the pay scale of Rs. 3050-4590/- with appropriate pay revision (as applicable from-time-to-time or corresponding Pay Bank with Grade Pay) from the date of the joining of this petitioner in the light of the decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court read with the direction of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13736 of 2018 (2) dt.16-08-2018 Education Department as contained in Memo No. 38 dated 12-01-2018".

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 20-11-2017 passed in CWJC No. 15588 of 2014.

The District Education Officer, Samastipur, Bihar (respondent No. 4) is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
