Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a counteraffidavit is filed on behalf of the State in which it is stated that petitioner has received salary till December 2022 and after that he had not received salary from January 2023 to 21st May, 2023. 3.

In view of the letter no.746 dated 11.07.2022 issued under the signature of Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar, Patna, I direct the petitioner to file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.1263 of 2020 dt.30-04-2024 2/2 representation before the respondent no.5 along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim and respondent no.5 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks, considering the letter no.746 dated 11.07.2022. 4.

It is made clear that the respondent no.5 shall be held responsible non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
