Petitioner is accused in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 489 of 2017 registered under Sections 397/302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 73440 of 2018, 69804 of 2018 and 29595 of 2019. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.06.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
