Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Several persons were apprehended on suspicion that they were preparing to commit dacoity. The petitioner was also apprehended and from his possession a knife was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2018. From other apprehended person firearm was recovered.

Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44714 of 2018 (2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 investigation against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No. 417 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
