Case No. 203 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 30(C) and (D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 200 kg of Jawa Mahua from the bank river. Petitioner is named in the complaint case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Sanjhauli P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
