1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case no.4 of 2025 registered under section 309(4) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while he was returning, two accused persons on a motorcycle on the point of a pistol robbed the informant of Rs. 32,468/ in cash. The accused persons escaped.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was registered against unknown. The petitioner was falsely implicated in course of investigation. Inspite of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89105 of 2025(3) dt.23-02-2026 2/2 having remained in custody for over a year, he has not been put on TI parade and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the material that has transpired in course of investigation, the petitioner not having been put on TI parade, charge sheet having been submitted in the case and the petitioner having remained in custody for more than a year since 27.1.2025, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case no. 4 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas.
