JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-07-2022 It appears on perusal of the impugned order that this is an interim order passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance No. 369(M) of 2016.

Since it is an interim order, the revision application would not be maintainable in view of the Hon'ble Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Md. Akil Ahmad Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2016 (4) PLJR 968.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert this application in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench.

Permission is granted.

Let fresh stamp reporting be done within three weeks from today whereafter learned counsel for the petitioner shall remove the defects.
