JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondent no.5 to remove the encroachment made by the private respondent over land appertaining to Thana No.37, Khata no.65, Plot No.35, situated at villagePatahi, recorded in the C.S. Khatian as Gair Mazarua Aam Parti Kadim, having an area of 1 Bigha 2 Katha 2 Dhur.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the

Patna High Court CWJC No.194 of 2020(3) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 respondent authority to give effect to the order dated 21.02.2017, passed by the respondent no.4 in Public Land Encroachment Case no.1/2016-17."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Begusarai, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
