Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed petition before the Circle Officer, Daraudha to get his land measured but the Circle Officer has not passed any order nor got the land of the petitioner measured even after depositing the required fees. The Circle Officer is not at all justified in sitting tight over the matter. The Circle Officer is obliged after having received such petition to get the land measured and pass order in accordance with law. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Daraudha to get the land of the petitioner measured within two months from

Patna High Court CWJC No.819 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
