JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 23.05.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 28633 of 2018 in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018. The grounds taken in the bail petition for cancellation of bail is that co-accused Kundan Kumar abused and opposite party No. 2 namely Ashok Ram (petitioner No. 1 of Cr. Misc. 28633 of 2018) gave threat to the father and brother of the informant. It is also stated that opposite party No. 2 gave pressure to withdraw the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48964 of 2018 (2) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 This Court does not find any substantive ground for cancellation of anticipatory bail to opposite party Nos. 2 and 3. The application stands dismissed.
