Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged that some household articles were stolen from his house and he suspected petitioner and other three have stolen the house hold articles which included battery and inverter and subsequently battery and inverter was recovered from the house of petitioner, however, it is stated that same belonged to the petitioner not of the informant. The matter has been compromised and good relation have restored between the parties who are neighbours.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84484 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Halsi P.S.
