JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 It is brought to the notice of this Court that though the writ petition was filed challenging the notice dated 21.07.2018 whereby the special meeting to discuss no confidence motion against the petitioner was scheduled on 03.08.2018, during pendency of the writ petition, no confidence motion has already been carried out in the special meeting.

In view of the subsequent developments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition in order to file a fresh writ petition challenging the resolution taken in the special meeting held on 03.08.2018 and other consequential actions taken by the respondents on amongst others the grounds taken in the instant writ petition.
