The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.77 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 137(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner and others are said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S., it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or
