Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that a non-financial company cheated to the complainant.

Submission is that the petitioner is neither officebearer of the said company nor anything was ever paid to the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever any beneficial from the said company.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid as well as the fact that some other co-accused has already been allowed bail in this case, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47518 of 2018 (2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jamhore Police Station Case No. 82 of 2011, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
