"1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondents to distribute the Posts/seats of Ayus Doctors, i e, Homeopath, Ayurved and Unani proportionately in the ratio of 40:40:20 in the State of Bihar in view of the number of Doctors, number of Colleges, and students of the above three system of Medicine in changed situation

Patna High Court CWJC No.43 of 2020(5) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 revising the earlier proportionate distribution of posts/seats made vide Resolution No 25 dated 13.01.1998 as has been done in other States such as Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh & West Bengal, etc."

Learned counsel for the State of Bihar and State Health Society are present. Certain intervention in opposition have also been filed by Interlocutory Applications No 1 and 2 of 2020.

After some arguments, the parties are ad idem that in view of the order dated 25.03.2022 passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No 4573 of 2022 by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the issue is being examined.

In view of the stand of the parties, taken note of above, this Court would observe that no adjudication is called for in the instant proceedings, for the present. This writ petition is disposed of.
