The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piprakothi P. S. Case No. 01 of 2019, G.R. Case No. 67 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner is said to have assaulted by bamboo causing grievous injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that three persons have assaulted the one, petitioner, by bamboo and another co-accused by lathi. The petitioner is in custody for more than 3 months and charge-sheet is also submitted in this case. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence. In view of the above submissions, let the petitioner,

No.83725 of 2019(3) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019, G.R. Case No. 67 of 2019.
