Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bakhri P.S.Case No. 152 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioners is of assault to the informant, causing injuries and it is said that one Mukesh Mahto assaulted him with butt of the pistol and co-accused Arbind Kumar Singh and Lakhan Mahto threw the informant on the ground and assaulted him with rod. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioners, rather the

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V-cum-Sub Judge-III, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhri P.S.Case No. 152 of 2018, G.R.No. 2065 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
