Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bagha P.S.Case No.216 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 385, 467, 468, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.1 happens to be Supervisor of the Child Development Scheme and the petitioner no.2 to be her husband and the allegation against them is that they were demanding money for production of the register and other documents.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that in this case show cause was called for during the inquiry and the petitioner no.1 has submitted show cause and that is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2110 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 still pending. It is further submitted that so far petitioner no.2 is concerned, there is no specific allegation against him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner no.1 (Vandna Kumari @ Bandana Kumari @ Vandana Pandey) as such this application against her is dismissed. So far petitioner no.2 (Vikas Pandey) is concerned, let the petitioner no.2, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Ist Bagha,West Champaran in connection with Bagha P.S.Case No.216 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
