In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No.128 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that on account of land dispute, both sides have assaulted against each other and similar allegation has also been made by the petitioners against the informant of this case. Some accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail either by the court below or this Court. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on

No.86036 of 2019(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the In-charge Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Chhabilapur P.S.
