Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Deo P.S.Case No. 59 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is that they have abused the informant and said her to be a witch and they have assaulted her and there is also allegation of snatching from her a gold chain worth Rs.50,000/-. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner, who is a lady, of abuse and assault and allegation of snatching of gold chain is ornamental

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Deo P.S.Case No. 59 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
