Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a widow doctor and wants her transfer from Primary Health Centre, Amnour to Sadar Hospital, Hajipur or any Health Centre within the district of Vaishali. In this connection, she has also filed a representation before the competent authority as she is facing great hardship in discharging the duty at Primary Health Centre, Amnour.
