The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019, dated 01.06.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal

The petitioners are said to have waylaid the informant, assaulted him and also divested him of his personal belongings.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the informant has come up with an absolutely false story. The informant wanted the petitioners to work on his field, but he got very angry on being told that the petitioners have been working on some one else's field. It has further been submitted that there is also some dispute with respect to payment of wages.

The injuries suffered by the informant are not stated to be grievous.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners, the background facts and their clean antecedents, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
