The petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 344 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on added Section 302 of the IPC.

FIR was lodged against unknown persons. Name of the petitioners have surfaced in this case only on the basis of suspicion. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 05.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52075 of 2018(2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 11th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 344 of 2017.
