The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No.95 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. is that one country made pistol was recovered from the house of the petitioner which was seized in presence of the witnesses when the petitioner was not there. It is submitted that it is a case of false implication and even seizure has not been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51791 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 Learned APP for the State is present and submits that one country made pistol has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

In the given facts and circumstances where the allegation is that of recovery of a country made pistol from the house of the petitioner when he was not present there, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
