Petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Shahpur Karanamepur OP P.S.Cae No.279 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, one motorcycle was intercepted, petitioner was arrested and he has not produced papers of the motorcycles. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been arrested only on suspicion . He is student of Intermediate. He is in custody for two months, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84161 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur Karnamepur O.P. P.S.Case No.279 of 2019.
