In this case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the only child of her old mother who requires her treatment and submitted that the petitioner should be transferred from Sadar Hospital, Jehanabad to any Government Hospital in Patna. This Court cannot issue a mandamus.

However, if the petitioner files a representation before the authority concerned, he will dispose of the same in accordance with law.
