JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.06.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14924 of 2010, the Departmental Promotion Committee has reconsidered the case of the petitioner and has rejected the case of the petitioner for grant of promotion on some new ground.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 19.06.2018 has been complied with, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order of the Departmental
