JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 A mentioning slip has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to modify the order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55850 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has inadvertently been recorded in the last sentence of paragraph3 of the order dated 06.10.2018 that the petitioner, a lady, claims clean antecedents. It is a matter of fact, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on 12.09.2018, in paragraph-4 whereof it was stated that Complaint Case No. C75 of 2014 under Sections 138 N.I. Act, and Sections 406 and 420 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55850 of 2018 (3) dt.10-10-2018 Indian Penal Code had been instituted against the petitioner before the S.D.J.M., Uda-Kishunganj.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that it has been observed in paragraph-3 of the order dated 06.10.2018 that the petitioner claimed clean antecedents which was in oversight of the supplementary affidavit aforesaid.

4. In the above circumstances, let the order dated 06.10.2018 be treated as modified only to the extent that the last sentence of paragraph-3 thereof shall read as follows- "The petitioner is a lady".
