The petitioner has a grievance that from amongst physically challenged candidates, she was more meritorious for admission in MBBS Course against State Quota seats. However, denying her claim, candidates of same category having less merit based on NEET-2018 have been given admission. The assertion, which has been made, is being denied

Patna High Court CWJC No.16674 of 2018(5) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 on behalf of the BCECEB mainly on two ground that the petitioner was admittedly not possessing the certificate of her disability as on the date fixed for her counseling. I need not go into any dispute at this stage since, admittedly, the last date for admission in MBBS course, as statutorily prescribed, has expired and in view of Supreme Court's decision, this Court is not required to go into merits. The petition stands disposed of.
