JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 380 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 3384, 387, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that informant has lodged a case against one Sachidanand Singh, Managing Director, A.V.M. Developers and the informant was threatened to withdraw the said case and for that purpose petitioner and other accused persons came armed to his house and threatened him to withdraw the case. Apart from that, it appears that petitioner is accused in four other cases.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and the dispute is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84358 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 between the informant and employer of the petitioner with respect to construction on a plot and petitioner has nothing to do with their dispute. Further submission is that petitioner has been in judicial custody since 27.11.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. This application is accordingly dismissed.
