The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission that there is a case and counter case and the injuries sustained by the members of the prosecution party are simple in nature, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55542 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
