In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : 1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to provide compensation to the petitioner as her son died in one road accident.

Considering the relief sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.5 i.e. The District Magistrate, Madhepura within a period of 30 days. The Respondent No.5

Patna High Court CWJC No.21079 of 2018(3) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 i.e. The District Magistrate, Madhepura shall dispose of the representation in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
