Petitioner is accused in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
