The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 322/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409/420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Considering the nature of allegations made and that petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent of similar nature, let petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
