The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 928 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 452, 504, 506 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present dispute has been filed out of vendatta as there are partition suit between the petitioner no. 1 and his brother Niranjan Kumar, husband of the sister of the informant. It is further submitted that the entire allegations are false and frivolous and the first information report has admittedly been

It is further submitted that two other cases in which the petitioners are an accused, as have been indicated in paragraph -3 of the bail application, have been filed by the wife of the brother of the petitioner. He thus, submits that the petitioners may be extended the privilege of pre-arrest bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.
