Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons. The injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2019.
