The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections-307, 379 & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury at the head of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Doctor has found simple injury.

Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act may cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bisanpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 is refused.
